Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PuntAI website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Chart AI Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to view sports wagering information in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

2. Informational use only

PuntAI publishes market data, statistics, AI-generated analysis, and odds movement charts for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a bookmaker, do not accept wagers, and do not facilitate the placement of bets. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, legal, or wagering advice.

3. No guarantee of accuracy

While we work to keep odds, prices, form data, and other content accurate and up to date, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the data is accurate, complete, current, or free from error. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

4. Responsible gambling

5. Accounts and subscriptions

Certain features (including Jarvis Pro) require an account and a paid subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, copy, or redistribute Service data in bulk; (b) reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; (c) use the Service to violate any law, including laws relating to wagering and consumer protection; or (d) impersonate another person or entity.

7. Third-party content and links

The Service displays odds and content sourced from third-party providers and links to third-party bookmakers. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third parties.

8. Intellectual property

All software, design, branding, and aggregated data presented on the Service are owned by or licensed to Chart AI Pty Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chart AI Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or wagers, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or where required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales.
